AZ-900 Azure Fundamentals Study System

A structured study system for the AZ-900 (Microsoft Azure Fundamentals) exam, adapted from ilude/security-plus's CLAUDE.md-tutor pattern. First cert on Certasy X's Homelab→Cloud spine (c_fund).

How It Works

Claude Code (or any AGENTS.md-compatible CLI) reads CLAUDE.md in this repo as its instruction set. It acts as an adaptive tutor that:

  • Assesses your knowledge across all 3 exam domains with scenario-based questions
  • Tracks per-objective scores in progress.md so you always know where you stand
  • Drills weak areas with exam-realistic questions (4 options, no hand-holding descriptions)
  • Teaches decision rules when you get answers wrong — the pattern that distinguishes similar Azure product names
  • Logs every session to sessions.md so you can pick up where you left off

Getting Started

  1. Open this directory in Claude Code (claude in terminal) or omp
  2. Say "begin" — it will ask about your background, then launch a 15-question baseline eval across all 3 domains

notes.md Running study notes — wrong answers, decision rules, mnemonics

Customization

Edit CLAUDE.md to adjust the Study Timeline or Quiz Instructions to fit your actual pace. The User Knowledge Profile is collected automatically via conversation on first launch — no file editing needed.
