Calendar & Household Sharing

Outfit Calendar

The Calendar page shows a week/month grid you can use two ways: planning ahead and logging what actually happened.

Plan a day

  1. Open the Calendar and pick a day (today or in the future).
  2. Assign an outfit — either pick from a suggestion or build one manually from your closet.
  3. The day shows as planned until it passes or you confirm it.

Confirm / log wear

  • For a past or today day, mark the planned outfit as worn to log it — this feeds your wear stats (rewear frequency, cost-per-wear, "hasn't been worn in a while" surfacing) the same as any other wear log.
  • If a planned outfit didn't happen, you can swap it or log something else instead — the calendar isn't locked to what you planned.
  • Extras (bag, jewelry, outerwear you don't formally track as an "outfit" piece) can be logged alongside the main outfit on the same day.

The evening nudge

  • Around evening, you'll get a prompt asking "what did you wear today?" if today's day hasn't been confirmed yet.
  • If you had a planned outfit for today and never contradicted it, it auto-confirms silently — no nudge fires. The nudge only shows up when there's nothing already logged.

Don't-repeat warnings

  • When planning or picking an outfit, the app warns if an item (or the whole combo) was worn within your configured N-day repeat window, so you don't accidentally plan the same top three days running. This is a warning, not a hard block — you can still pick it.

Household Sharing

Wardrowbe supports multiple people sharing one closet/instance.

Joining a household

  • Household members are added the same way regular accounts are added to your instance (see Setup for SSO/account provisioning) — once logged in, users under the same household see each other's shared items.

Item ownership

  • Every closet item has an owner (the person who added it, or whoever it's assigned to).
  • You can reassign an item's owner from the item detail view if it's currently misattributed (e.g. bulk-imported items).

Private items

  • Toggle an item private to keep it visible only to its owner — private items are hidden from other household members regardless of the Mine/Everyone filter below.

Mine / Everyone filter

  • The closet view has a filter to switch between:
    • Mine — only items you own (plus your own private items).
    • Everyone — the whole household's non-private items, plus your own (including private).
  • Outfit suggestions and the calendar respect this filter, so you don't get suggested a housemate's top.
